Getting There
Emerald is accessible via the Capricorn Highway from both Brisbane (9 hours) and Rockhampton (3 hours). Emerald Airport has daily flights from Brisbane via QantasLink and Alliance Airlines.

Tieri and Middlemount are both a drive out from Emerald, and accommodation in either is largely tied up with the mines. Staying in town at 28–30 Esmond Street gives you somewhere central to work from, with services, shops and the airport close by.
Most of our guests heading out that way are on a roster rather than a weekend, and all 32 apartments are set up for it — full kitchen, own washer-dryer, fast WiFi. Long-stay rates are arranged case by case, and companies can set up direct billing through a Travellers Group account.
