The airport operates as a regional facility with a single terminal, limited car-hire options (Avis, Budget, Hertz), and no overnight facilities. Taxi and rideshare options in Emerald are limited, so arrange airport transfer before arrival.

The 6:30am flight requires a 5:30am airport arrival. You need accommodation with early checkout, a full kitchen for the 4:30am self-catered breakfast that no cafe serves at that hour, and a location providing a 10-minute drive to the terminal. All 32 apartments have a full kitchen — oven, stove top, microwave and a full-size fridge/freezer — so a 4am breakfast before a dawn departure is entirely your own arrangement rather than something you hope a dining room will provide.
If you land after reception closes at 7pm, we call ahead and set up a key lock-box with a code, so a delayed flight never means a locked door. Free undercover parking in the centralised guest car park means you can leave the car with us, and a Travellers Group corporate account covers direct billing if you fly in regularly.
