Schools travelling in for a swim carnival arrive with wet gear, a bus, and a need to feed a group early. Our full kitchens handle the breakfast, the washer-dryer in every apartment handles the towels, and we are at 28–30 Esmond Street, close to the CBD and an easy run to the pool.

With 32 apartments across three types we can generally keep a group together. Rollaway beds and cots are available at no charge, and one account can cover the whole booking if that is simpler for the school.
