- **What:** 32 self-contained apartments across three types — Deluxe Apartment, Executive Apartment, Two Bedroom Apartment. All with full kitchens and washer-dryers.
- **Where:** 28-30 Esmond Street, Emerald QLD 4720 — central Emerald, about ten minutes' drive to Emerald Airport (EMD).
- **Check-in:** from 2:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Reception 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily, and the team is always close by after hours. After-hours arrivals: reception calls guests not checked in by 5 PM and arranges a key lock-box with a code.
- **Parking:** free undercover parking in the centralised guest car park on site. Trailers, boats and large work vehicles use street parking — contractors do this routinely without issues.
- **Payment:** EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Card surcharges: EFTPOS (cheque/savings) no fee; Visa & Mastercard (credit & debit) 1.95%; American Express 3.95% — these reflect card-acceptance cost only and end on 1 October 2026 under the RBA surcharge reforms.
- **Cancellation:** Travellers Group standard policy — changes and cancellations permitted until 2 PM (property local time) 48 hours before arrival; after that a one-night fee applies; no-shows charged in full. Long-stay and non-refundable rates carry their own terms.
- **Pets:** not permitted, except assistance and support animals (Travellers Group standard).
- **Families:** cots and rollaway beds available at no charge. BBQ and garden area with a 65-inch outdoor TV.
- **Breakfast:** The Capricornian opens from 5:30 AM and delivers to your apartment if pre-ordered the night before (Mon–Fri).
