Parking & Access

Parking is a genuine consideration on major projects. Standard utes fit our free undercover centralised guest car park, and larger work vehicles, trailers and equipment trucks use street parking around the property — our contractor guests do this routinely without issues. Arriving outside reception hours is no problem either: if you’re not checked in by 5pm we’ll call you and set up a key lock-box so you can let yourself in whenever the shift ends.

Bulk Arrangements

For longer contracts—a month, a quarter, or a full project cycle—bulk accommodation arrangements are our specialty. We work with site managers and project coordinators to establish account billing, simplified check-in procedures, and dedicated contact for any immediate issues. Rates are negotiated based on duration and team size.
